unlock a dv rs mmc?

ok i know this sounds stupid but i put a password on a 512 mb dual voltage rs mmc and forgot the password as i needed to format my phone and removed the card, can anyone suggest where i can get it unlocked? i have tried all passwords i can think off thanks in advance

All you need is a few kb of software for your pc, resets the password
