Ad for Nip/Tuck on TG4...music?

...the one where the father hits the son who looks like Michael Jackson. Anyway, there is a really good piece of music playing, sounds like a synth/moog with a singer who sounds like the guy from the Red Hot CP. The synth bit sounds like something from Air or Royksopp. Any ideas?
