Recommend a useful incoming and outcoming packet analyser?

    Hi all,

    The question is really what freeware(preferably) firewall program would allow me to analyse incoming and outcoming traffic? Or is there some program/site that explains in more detail what's coming in (from the net) and out

    I use Kerio Personal Firewall but I'm trying to really understand where the incoming packets are coming from etc...

    I also used www.winpcap.org/windump is handy for a quick look on the command line both use http://www.winpcap.org/
    WinPcap is the packet capture and filtering engine of many open source and commercial network tools, including protocol analyzers, network monitors, network intrusion detection systems, sniffers, traffic generators and network testers. Some of these tools, like Ethereal, Nmap, Snort, WinDump, ntop are known and used throughout the networking community.
