Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I'd love to try the bronze casting!! Any chance that a few students could get some hands on experience?

Umm...maybe. But letting newbies play with 1000C furnaces and molten metal is usually frowned upon. Post on http://livinghistory.ie, and ask if there are groups doing casting - ask them to let you know when their next event is on. If nothing else, you could be a bellow's pumper, or a charcoal fetcher :)
