Can you return a Dell Outlet PC even though used ?

    I have opened and used a DELL PC and having problems with booting as mentioned on previous thread. Before I ring DELL Support today, I want to know am I within my rights to return the PC to DELL Outlet as it is not in its original condition or do they have to be giving the opportunity to fix.:confused:

    This is from the Dell Website:
    Acceptance
    When you receive Product you must inspect it for any defects or non-conformity within 7 days. After this period, you will have accepted Product. If Dell agrees to the return of Product at its choosing, it must be in its original condition with packaging, a return note and proof of purchase; the return costs may be payable by you.
