    It's just so weird watching them go from Warning to American Idiot. It's like two different bands :v:

    I don't really care if they "sold out" or whatever...I just love their music so much, and ok I do prefer the older stuff like from 39/Smooth, but I still love American Idiot as well. The only thing that pissed me off was them not allowing Oxegen to be broadcasted on tv, cos they'd lose sales on BIAB :mad: fans would buy it anyway!

    Ah well, I still love them....a little too much I think :D

    There's a difference between American Idiot and Warning?

    I think most people are referring to the difference between American Idiot and their first couple of albums.

    Yeah, there's much more of a difference between albums like Kerplunk!, 39/ Smooth, Dookie and American Idiot, than Warning and American Idiot.

    Sorry, I wasn't clear enough....I meant like image, attitude, etc. lol

    but as well, the songs are quite different. in American Idiot, there's nothing about christmas lights in August, and destinations unknown, it's all like: "Woah!!" :eek: lol

    Reading that made me want to cry. I've seen them six times. All since Warning was released. Embarassed isn't the word for it.
