    I remember this coming up before, i think it only affects a small number of batteries

    I had seen this already but forgot to check, just applied for a new one there. I didn't notice a problem but a new battery can only be good nearly a year down the line. I wonder if they're experiencing any touch pad problems, mine is getting a bit worn and shiny:D I'll ask nicely......

    Got my replacement utterly ages ago, and they sent me the higher watt hour version.

    Now, if only the logic boards would go... the "oooh ****" sensor in this now gets set off by tapping the side of the screen a bit too hard, and it turns off or goes into standby.
