ntl webspace?

    Hi anyone one here have an ntl account thats using there webspace (55mb free) e.g. http://www.ntlworld.ie/joebloggs

    I'm doing a site at teh moment but cant get the info i need to upload it.

    anyone?

    try these, and next time post in 'Webmaster' ;) (unless of course it's a Mac specific problem you're having??)

    FTP Server: upload.ntlworld.com
    Web address: http://homepage.ntlworld.com/user.name/
    username = user.name
    password = password

    or substitute .com for .ie maybe

    Also, just on the odd chance... You have to be connected to the net through NTL in order to upload to NTL.

    cheers for that i'll try it out later.

    As for it being a Mac problem, my issue is that ntl provide a ftp programme for a PC but not for the Mac so I was hoping to find a Mac User who might be using a particular programme or have another suggestion?

    try fetch for your mac

    get a 15 day trial at [SIZE=-1]fetchsoftworks


    alternatively get firefox for the mac
    then download fireftp[/SIZE][SIZE=-1] - a free extension
    [/SIZE]07-Dec-2005 version works with Firefox 1.5[SIZE=-1]
