Not sure whether they do things like this, but there's a supplier to the Jewellry trade called Philip J. Dix. They're at 6 Aston Quay in Dublin, phone 01-6717144. I use them to source clock movements, but it's worth a try since when I've visited them it looks like a veritable Aladdin's cave of all things jewellry related. Good Luck.
