Motorla Repair Centre Dublin?

Anyone have any advice where to get the SW on a V535 upgraded? Can't seem to find the IM/Wireless Village option in the menu - I'm thinking O2 might have it masked. FW update should sort them right out... Darragh

Just happens ill be in dundrum tomorrow - would be exceedingly handy
