Putting the fairy lights back into the packaging to return them ended up being as tedious as changing every light bulb! And then today exchanged them for new ones--brought them home and they dont work either!!!!grrrrr....I just want twinkling lights in my room!!!

town is so full of shopping people its impossible to navigate your way round.
i hate shoppers, and i hate those annoying people that walk across you when your clearly walking in a particular direction and make you have to swerve.

people often have so much on their minds that they don't take others into account.
you should go into the crafts fair in temple bar on Sundays and Fridays, very relaxing and make sure it's followed by a crepe and coffee in lemon jelly just across the road.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 887 ✭✭✭wheresthebeef

snorlax, how much are the lemon jelly people paying you?

only kidding. town can be such a nightmare. although i took a stroll through campus at about 5.15 and it was lovely. so quiet.

I agree wholeheartedly. If you ever meet John2, get him to do his crazy person impression, then copy it. It totally works, the crowds will part like the red sea, although you will get some nervous glances..

    Maybe he looooves you ;)

Ah no, I love it when I order a pint down in my local and then don't have to say the name of the drink for the rest of the night. It reallly makes ya feel welcome as a customer. It's just someone who likes customers.. Watch other regulars, I'm sure he does it for them too.

welll it's nice to have someone who always smiles at me every morning, it certainly beats the staff that used to work in the canteen last year, you'd be afraid to ask them anything, never a smile...:(!

Shizzle, sorry to hear about that mate. I know the feeling. It's fuckin nasty. Ah I wouldn't worry much though, it's not like you ever had much trouble with the ladies.

Em when you coming home? So we can get you drunk and bring you to strip club..

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 5,523 ✭✭✭ApeXaviour

Given the spirit that is Christmas, I think we at the TCD Board should pool together and buy Enda a new pencil case. Let's not get caught up in the constant spending and worrying about Christmas, no, let us please think of someone whose Christmas will not be full of happiness and joy - like Enda.

I'll throw in 90c for this bad boy. Any takers? By the way, if someone volunteers their credit card, that'd be cool too...

Indeed. Let it be known then that your stages seem logical and well thought out to me. I bid thee success in them through these trying times.
