Question about PS2 and DVDs

Hey Could anyone tell me if the PS2 is a multi region dvd player. So if i order DVDs from america say, could I play them on the PS2. Thanks in advance Watsgone

Yep. UMD movies are region-speciffic. (Games however aren't.)
