When I walk in town, i pass loads of lap bar and the like with signs for exotic dancers and topless bar maids. I was just wondering is there anywhere where hot men do the same?

Not quite the same but VIQ has a topless guy who dances on the counter... nice body, pretty cute.

They don't exist in Ireland as far as I'm aware but I've been to Heaven in London a few times and all of the barmen are shirtless.
