Best internet option for Dublin6/Rathgar. No contract

    Alright guys, my sister needs internet! What's her best option. Here are the limitations:

    1. No NTL (I know this is probably the best, but she's got free cable from them and doesn't want to start paying for it)

    2. No contract, unless you are able to put it on hold during the summer months.

    3. Emphasis on upload speeds. 128K or whatever is bull**** ; ) 512 would be ideal. but willing to settle for 200+.

    there is no non contract isps that will offer those speeds, IBB's breeze is good and i have it in the area, 2 meg up and down but its 1 year contract and aerial on the roof

    NTL is best bet but again your sister is freeloading so good luck to her :)
