getting this message when trying to reload, anyone any ideas,

also can data been recoved after a format?

let me begin,

had 2 hd in pc,

one crached, fdisked, reloaded without disconnecting my backup, now itseems my c drive was knacked and it fdisked and reloaded onto my backup, is there anyway of recovering stuff that would be still there?
did it hungover so wasnt thinking
