HELP PLS....I can't remove a application from Xp

My sister has this program called Picture package installed on the computer. I want to remove from the computer. I have tried removing it from add/remo programs and in safe mode but it doest work. The installed Shield pop's up and says it can't remove the program. I have no problem removing anything else. Any Idea's:D

If you are competent with the Registry you can hack it out or use something like FreshUI or Tweak XP to get rid of it.

If the install shield is tell you it can get rid of it, does it exist on the hard disk or is it just a case of the files were deleted but not he coressponding entrys in the registry?

Try reinstalling it, and then removing it using the add/remove control panel...
