That Tesco Ad

    anyone else annoyed by that Tesco ad where the shopping bags are singing half price pizza and the shopping baskets says "they got carried away" i really really hate it. the Tesco ads with the woman from Fawlty Towers are better even though they are piss poor too

    ya tis and old one and annoying too but i'd have to say effective no the less. feckin had it stuck in the head for ages.

    Those ads are just a couple on the huge list of ads I hate. However on the flip I really like the Regain ads, they are weird as hell but so very very funny, especailly when you're drunk.

    i hate that old woman in the tesco ads... she was the one single reason i shuddered when the announcement was made that tesco were coming to ireland... goddamn i hate her so very very much.

    The Power City ads are probably the worst. I dont think they could be much worse, unless they had the old woman from the Tesco ads doing them.
    Mercury I think that's the Club Orange ad, and I hate that too.

    I really REALLY hate that ad for tampons where there is this utter moron who mistakes a tampon for a sweet.

    Ah, the amazing expanding sweetie? I'm more concerned about where the poor chap disappeared to when he found out it wasn't a lovely piece of confectionery he'd discovered on the table.

    Power City - win award for worst ads on de telly.

    GF and I do go into a fit of "DIS telly" when the ads come on though so maybe in some masochistic way we actually enjoy them:(
