Ya, does anyone know who i'm talking about, i needs a name.

These were the american music awards that were hosted by Jennifer Love Hewitt, anyhew this french girly was a guest singer which a sang a very regonisable song and she beat the pants off kylies ass for sexyness what with her little school girl skirt and little dance. very nice it was indeed.

Anyway can you name the girl?
