change explorer/desktop font size

i did something this week and now the drop down meu's at the top of this site are unreadably small...anyone know how or where to change them (xp). I have tried every font setting in dispay/appearances to no avail. I can fix everything else fine, but those bloody drop down menus are too small.

for the love of god, i found it.

in explorer, view , text size = medium, not smallest.

that was wreckin my head
