    Hey,

Is anyone think that setting up something like this could be worthwhile?

I was just thinking that having a group of people who use the NTL cable modem service subscribed to a mailing list or message board could be benificial.

Sharing files accross the internal NTL network etc...
    not to mention games...

    Any thoughts?

    - Kevin

Yup - don't mention sharing games. It could be misconstrued.

You never know, maybe he was talking about online gaming ;)

    Long enough.

Errr I did mean online games.

I was kinda thinking stuff along the lines of someone setting up a server of maybe even getting NTL to (dunno how possible that'd be) and basically using the fact that we're all the same network to get nice pings etc...

The User group would just generally compile information on problems people have, tips to improve speed etc...

If anyone who actually has a CM wants to share their opinion...

Yeah, would be quite good if NTL did host some game servers, like blueyonder, and get deadly pings to them..
