just wondering is there a quick way of stopping a umd game from loading when i power on.

like say i want to get into the psp menu where it stores the videos/music/pictures etc.

it's a jap v1.5 psp by the way

    thanks.

I don't think there is.You just press home and quit within a few seconds of loading the game.

Or you could open the UMD cover just before powering it on and then closing it again once the menu has loaded.

hmm that's really odd, i thought there would be a way, you know like just holding down home or start while powering on and it would boot into the menu.

not to worry, thanks for the replies guys.

DEWDS! Turn down the parental control and set the code to 0000... then you power it up and if you want to play you just press X four times. If not then you put it in wrong ;)
