Region 3 PSP problem.

I made the mistake of purchasing a PSP in Hong Kong a couple of months ago. Now I cant find anywhere that sells Region 3 games. Anyone knwo where I could? Also could I get some software that converts my PSP into Region 2 or is that just stupid?

PSP games are region free, you can buy them from anywhere for your PSP.

emm, is it a 2.0 or a 1.5 PSP? i dont think there are regon diffrences on Games, only on movies, if there is , the way i would deal with it is, First make sure u have 1.5 PSP and u need a 1 GB memstick, get Fastloader then make back up ISOs of ur games, then play the ISO, then it would pass the region lock, if u dont have 1 GB of memory, i sugest searching for a region changer on PSPhacks.com , if u dont have 1.5 PSP, but u have a 2.0 PSP, there is a PSP downgrader at PSPhacks.net that will downgrade ur psp to 1.5, if u still have qustion about this, i suggest u register on psphacks.net forums and ask them there, there are some pro hackers there, Enjoy ur psp

I heard before that it was Region Free, but then I heard it wasn't. Thanks Ciaran500 for reminding me. I also remember trying my friends Tony HAwk Region 1 and it worked. It's all so clear

I just got GTA LCS on Region 1. Can I play it on my Region 3 PSP?

It should work if you've got 2.0 ... wouldn't it be easier to just try it than to ask us?
