Copying non music files to my ipod mini

Heyho,

If this is the wrong forum for this question.
Feel free to tell me to move this!

I just started playing with my ipod mini.

I noticed that in windows explorer I get drive letter but it dissappears very quickly (say within 5 seconds it appearing)

How does one copy files (e.g word docs) to it?

Any help on this is greatly appreciated.

Check in the itunes,ipod options that disk use is enabled

Yeh change it to be used as an external disk in iTunes...

Thing is when you change it make sure every time you eject the CD you use the Safely Remove Hardware option from your taskbar cos AFAIK changing the options means you have to do this (or risk the dreaded DISK CORRUPTION!)
