Hi has anyone on here got one of the metronix systems that Maplin in Blanch are selling? Its a Metronix free to air kit with a 90cm dish lnb and receiver, at €150 it seems a bargain whats the catch? anyone?

It is French. FTA stuff is cheap in France.

Though since the optional motor is same price as a Motek, don't buy the Maplin motor (also Metronix) but get the Motek if you add motorised.

I havn't tried it. It seems reasonable. It's reasonable rather than a bargin check www.satellite.ie also in Dublin.
