Although just to nit pick the x doesn't have to be lower than a 9 on board 20 -

You are wrong on all three counts. Sorry.
You only have the nuts if you can beat any possible hand that your opponent could have.
Board 1: If your opponent has an Ace as a hole card he has a poker of 2’s with an Ace kicker against your poker of 2’s with a 9 kicker you lose. Hardly the nuts.
Board 2: If your opponent has a pair of suited connectors which form a straight flush with x,y and one of the 3 9’s you lose. Remote but you must admit it is a non-zero possibility so once again you do not have the nuts.
Board 3: There is a Royal Flush flopped as community cards. You 9 is irrelevant as it is a sixth card. Technically you do not have the beating of anyone else so one again you do not have the nuts.
The original scenario won’t even guarantee you the nuts in a heads-up situation.
May I refer you back to my first post.
The only nuts you will see with this hand are Salted, Dry Roasted or Shelled.:D0 -
