Virus or Spyware?

Can anyone help me.

When i turn on my PC. I get this command window up that has a curser thats going all over the place called winctr¬1.exe.. and it keeps popping up every 5 mins.

There is a process running in windows called popcorn72.exe that i think is causing it.

now i've the most up to date norton anti virus and it says no virus found and my adaware6.0 and spybot can't pick anything up either.

everytime i open an Internet explorer window, 1/3 times.. a porn site thing comes up.

Please help

Riddled with spyware i reckon.

First step is to download firefox or opera to browse the net - its said so often but its so true, IE is just too damn vulnerable to spyware.

Is a format out of the question?
If so use firefox and visit BleepingComputer.com or the like for info on how to get rid of this.
