News just in for all people living in Tramore, or who know it. The owner of the Spar Shop at Newtown Cove has sold spar for 1.2Million euro. It is not know if it will remain a shop or will be changed into something else :|

I can confirm this to be true. Apparently, the figure was €3 million.

That used to me my local corner shop back when it was about 5 metres square. 3 million??????????
