I can't reset my digibox

I want to try to reset my digibox to get the default channel listing, i.e. BBC instead of RTE on 101, etc. I tried turning over the card & powering down, but it still remembers that it's supposed to have the Irish EPG. How exactly do I reset it?

1) Select a channel that has interactive / red button
2) Press red button
3)When interactive has loadded, put card in upside down.
4) Press Backup
5) When Error message, press backup again

DO NOT remove card.
Press Guide.

You can't "RESET" the box to BBC etc in the normal sense of word Reset.
