i cant install cygwin from internet

hi, I need cygwin to do some stuff. So i have downloaded setupe.exe from cygwin website.i choose direct connection as my internet connection but it said : Downloading mirrors.lst Connecting... package : And then noting else !! Maybe i should check if i have a proxy ? I dont know actually if i have one !! How can i know if…

hi,
