Looking forward to this one, and its in the olympia. Never got a chance to see them live before and apparently they did great live sets back in the day.
hopefully play mostly heartworm, not a bad track on the album (in my opinion!)

Let's wait and see if they survive the two gigs before speculating on a new album, although that would be ace :)

A crying shame Whipping Boy weren't bigger than they were, they were/are such a good band!

Whipping Boy's gigs from mid-90's are stuff of legends now. Really looking forward to seeing them in action. Hopefully they'll still have the fire in the bellies to put on an exciting live show. Its always a worry that these reformed acts are just trying to pay off a few bills and give you a karaoke performance.

Heartworm im my opinion is the greatest album from any Irish Artist in the last 10 years.

I intend to get a ticket pretty soon. It's one gig I'd hate to miss.

Anyone here at the gigs ten years ago? Any word of what it was like?

Best Irish album last ten years? Toughie. Off the top of my head Square One from Kittser
