Are you for real?
That picture is clearly in the UK with a poor photo of a shark superimposed.
There is no insensitivity shown toward victims of either hurricane or the flooding caused.
Just because it shows flooding doesnt link it to the Katrina/Rita disaster.
Are you not outraged at the photo of a potential airplane crash given all the people who died in airlines accidents over the years?
