free wifi Sniffer for windows 2000

Hi wifi dudes, 2 questions... Q1 despite the bad reputation of my neighbourhood, wifi has moved in! Does anybody have a link to a FREE WINDOWS 2000 wifi sniffer.... just to test our own security cough cough.... Q2 does anybody have any idea what kind of download quota Internet Gaming would use up....say 2hrs online playing…
