Toshiba Sattelite 300CDS - need specs!

I'm trying to find the specs for an old Toshiba laptop - Toshiba Sattelite 300CDS. www.crucial.com can't even suggest memory for it! I'd imagine it's SDRAM PC100 SODIMM, but I'd like to be sure - as well as finding out the max capacities. All in all a specs sheet would be nice - if anyone happens to have better luck then…
