21club and 4Aces club

    Any one got any info on these two card clubs in Galway or know if they have websites where I could get Tourney Schedules etc??

    Ive googled it and searched the boards here but the best I could find was this for the Four Aces club with no link to any website:
    You can become a member of The Four Aces Card Club on the night you arrive, at only €10 per person.
    Like most Casinos, we have roulette, blackjack, cabarian stud poker, poker tournaments and poker tables.
    Opening Times: 21.00-05.00
    Directions: Located in centre of Galway City, opposite the Róisin Dubh Bar.

    Haven't been there myself yet but heard a couple of guys saying that it's recently been extended. There's a 250 euro freezeout there tomorrow night and they're expecting around 75-80 runners I think. Cash games are supposed to be wild. I'll try and find out more.

    small place..basically somebodys refurbished sitting room. the cash game i played in was a great laugh though. pot limit hold 'em. good dealers as well. cash games mostly if i recall right and place closes at around 5..

    Was at the 4 aces last night (Friday) Played in the 50 euro 2 rebuys tourney. There was 31 players. I ended up 7th :( My Aces busted by J8s. Mixed play, there were some very loose players, but in general I felt the standard was good. I did enjoy the evening and will be going again.

    Looks like they have 8 tables and could easily host an 80 player tourney.
    They open at 9 o'clock every night except Mondays.

    Thanks for that. Checked out the website. Prob head to the 20 euro tourney on sat night when I'm up there.
