MS Word 97 fonts missing

The problem seems to with the users profile, when logoned in under the user's name there are only 2 font options in word. I loged in as Administrator and they were all there:confused: I tried reinstalling word, that had no effect, change the keyboard layout, no effect... all I can think of is that maybe the path to the…

I tried reinstalling word, that had no effect, change the keyboard layout, no effect... all I can think of is that maybe the path to the fonts is incorrect or missing?

May sound strange but have you tried removing any of his print drivers? If I remember rightly there were some HP drivers quite a while back that sometimes did this.
