PSP Problem

Does anyone know how I can get into contact with Sony. I got a PSP a month ago and when I play games the screen flickers. It really annoys me. Please help.

The official helpline for all PlayStation products in Ireland is 0818 365065. But I can warn you now they'll tell you to sod off because your PSP is obviously an import. Very helpful bunch of people, love their customers, etc. Not.
