What type of girls play pc games??

Was having my usual 2hour marathon of css today and a thought came to me when a girl joined the server. What type of girls play pc games?? Are they generally tom-boys? I just cant picture miss prom queen playing quake :rolleyes: . Is it perhaps the goth chicks ?? I have never actually witnesed a girl behind the wheel of a mouse jamming some games. I no they must be out there.

I play pc games, & i'm not exactly a tomboy / goth chick, I wouldn't exactly call myself hardcore or anything remotely close tho

- mostly half-life 2 & deathmatch. Otherwise I'm more into music & art & suchlike. Dunno if that answers your slightly sexist question tho

You don't necessarily have to be a certain type of person to like pc games...You just have to be the kind of person who likes to play pc games!

there's a lot of them out there,

on the professional side of cs 1.6 there are a few good girl teams.
I don't think you can catagorise them into certain groups like "goth chicks" or "tom-boys"

i'd imagine most of them to just be your average girl who happens to like games as much as us men do.

That's a pretty narrowminded view. All sorts of girls play games. Even hot ones. They're not all butch hairy lesbians. Ever hear of Stevie Case for instance? She even did a shoot for Playboy.

I should add aswell, you could be playing girls more often than you know. They're not going to announce it. If I join a server, I don't tell everyone "hey i'm a girl!"

. I think its great when girls rock up on the server i play on, we have 1 regular who on a good night will own all of us lads :rolleyes: . I think is it harder for them though. We have a bunch of loosers who start crap as soon as girl rocks up. U no the usual mutcho bs.Crisis, if any of my girlfriends had played games it woulda made saturday afternoons a lot easier

The Sims is one of the most boring games I've ever played.

PC games? If my computers were gaming machines, I would play more of them. But because one is a Mac (therefore horrendously expensive games, 64 euro for UT2004 my ass), and the other one is woefully underpowered, I don't. I have consoles (a GameCube, Xbox and handhelds) to satisfy my gaming needs.
Now to go play some Burnout 3

Im a total girly girl who likes pinbk clothes and fluffy bunnies and the like but i also love incredibly violent video games.
I love playing over xbox live, the best thing is as a girl you are always totally under estimated as a games player. Its always so satisifing to load up a game of Halo 2 and play slayer against a bunch of guys and kick their asses.

The online multiplayer was the best feature. Well ,it was the one i got most enjoyment out of anyway.
But your right, the game was waaayyyy too short and the ending was crap.
