[Wanted] 3 bedroom house near UCD/on 46a bus route.

Hey. I'm hoping I can get a little help here. I'm finding it a bit difficult to find a house within reasonable communting distance of UCD and within my price range. There are 4 of us, a professional couple and two final year students. We have a completely and totally maximum budget of €1500... hence the problem. I'd love to find somewhere affordable that isn't in Rathfarnham. Currently renting a four bed in Deansgrange for €325 each per month - it'd be ideal to find something similar, but with more than one bathroom and two less housemates!

The first one would be a 10-15 minute from the 11 bus

The second 10 mins walk to the 46A/11

The third is linked by the 52 bus from Sydney Parade all look reasonable from the Ads
