Anyone find MK2,MK1,NBA Jam runs really slow in mame with the sound on?? Once the sound's off the game fly's along. My machine is higher then the rec spec and runs other games eg CPS2 without any slow down K6-2 550 128mb ram TNT2 32mb

Remember Emulators are based on cpu speed - not really reliant on a good video card.

I use to use a 420mhz found things sluggish.

Everything is groovy on my 1333.

700mhz laptop is fine - it may be just your speed as MK1 adn 2 will work fine for me on the 700.
