    Hi

Does anyone know if you can drive on a provisional licence across the border assuming you have another fully licenced driver in the car, and dont go on the motorway.

    TIA

    NO NO NO and NO!

Your provisonal is not valid outside the state. You have no licence in the north.

^^What he said. You'll be driving uninsured and unlicenced.
