Is there a default PIN on your digibox?

...subject says it all. New install, don't know the PIN (I wasn't there when it was installed). I saw something about the last 4 digits of your viewing card - is this is ?

the last 4 digits on the viewing card is correct.

If you ever got a replacement viewing card, it is NOT the last four digits, but the last four digits on the ORIGINAL card.

If you have more than one "Original" card the PIN might be either of the originals. This area needs more research.

well if its connected to a phone line you can change it with the change pin option in the parental menu, but if you have forgotten it altogether ring up sky.
