Ok we don't get metallica this year, but so far theres been

    Megadeth
    Yngwie Malmsteen
    Green Day
    Weezer
    Jimmy Eat World
    Good Charlotte

    And to come:
    Slayer
    The Pixies
    Slipknot
    Iron Maiden/Marilyn Manson
    Steve Vai

Anyone anything to add to that? It's a fairly impressive list tbh
Karl H please don't move this to gigs as it's not about a specific gig

Yeah that's more my kind of list alright - plus Scissor Sisters ... though I won't be seeing them because they're coupled with Franz Ferdinand (Seen them THREE times now - not going again!) and Maroon 5 (Booooo...)

Need I even mention... 50p and eminem...wtf is Henry Mt Charles thinkin, there'll be stabbings a second, and peeps "bustin a cap in " each others asses, otherwise I've found the bud rising festival pretty good, and the oxegen line up seems pretty funky. Not the bestest year, but still a kick ass year

This one was in the Irish Times too - this summer, Ireland has more open-air gigs per head than anywhere else in the world. It's quite amazing.

Didn't change the fact that I had to go to Hurricane in Germany this weekend to see what I wanted though. That was a mental weekend.
