    Emelianonko vs Emelianenko

    If you follow Pride in Japan, you will know they have a very impressive
    heavyweight champion called Fedor Emelianenko. This is a short clip of
    him fighting his brother, Aleksander Emelianenko, in their Russian
    Sambo competition days.

    I liked the controlled way he got to the the armbar. No fumble, just slipped into position and took the grip.

    Too bad there's no Combat Sambo here. It looks like a great style to learn.

    There's some russian lads in swords who teach sambo, its like mma but obviously has its own traits!

    Rush Boxing club and Rush Martial Arts head coach.

    Yes.

    Teaches a class in John O'Tooles 'Image' gym in Swords - behind 'The Slaughtered Lamb' bar.
