Can someone recommend a good Adobe inDesign book?

    Hi,

I'd like to start putting together some well designed print materials to provide my clients. This would include things like project documentation. Because of my familiarity with Photoshop, I've settled on Adobe inDesign, and I should be purchasing it soon.

I'm not looking for a book to cover design itself; rather, I'm looking for a book to help me learn how to use the tool. Does anyone have any recommendations? A good Illustrator book would be great too.

I'll be getting Adobe Creative Suite Premium CS2, if that is important. I'm not sure about the differences between the CS and CS2 versions of the software.

    Thank you,
    Dave
