Well...in all honesty, I've seen better. It's just that you're seeing a celeb like that. Also there's the question of whether it was released on purpose or not (as part of a careful deal or not) because without it we would never have heard of Ms. Paris Hilton. I know that it was her ex-boyfriend who allegedly released it, but I'm always a bit sceptical.

I'd say nay for her being a legend.

The video is crap to be honest.

Paris, god love her, has the personality, sexiness, and apparent intelligence of a dish cloth. She looks stoned or drunk through half the movie (though she seems to always look like that) which made me more uncomfortable watching it than anywhere near horny.
