How do you get the real english kits in Pro Evo 4

Well all im looking to find how to get the all the real kits in pro evo 4. Its the best soccer game ever made and this would top it all off for me so if anyone can help it would be very much appreciated cheers :D

Go to the pes website (pesfan.com), and there you can download a file that has all the updates on it...what you might need to do is buy an Action Replay pendrive to transfer it and then save it to your memory card.
