Need to get photo negatives scanned to CD - but they're single frame negatives..

As I said, a friend of mine has to get 18 pics scanned in high res to cd. for some reason though she cut them into 1x1 negatives, so spectra, kodak etc can't handle them. Does anyone know where she can get them done - needs this as soon as possible.... Cheers K
