Batch convert aacs to mp3?

Is there any fairly easy way to do this? A friend of mine's son has got himself an iriver and has access to a pc that has loads and loads of tracks that he wants to transfer to his iriver but they are all aacs. they have all been ripped from cd so there are no drms invovled. Any suggestions greatfully received.

You can convert to Mp3 using Audio Commander

iTunes will do that no prob just change the import settings tomp3 and decide the bitrate you want
