I seem to recall the French calling it 'moutard' or something similar.

What's the word for mustard in other languages?

Let us contribute to a greater understanding of mustard between all the peoples of the world!

Wasabi's not really mustard. It's a damn fine condiment though and I won't hear a bad word said about it.
