Because it gives him a nice warm feeling deep down. It reassures him that as long as he colours between the lines everything will be ok. Seeing someone up close who has just had a bad reaction to cocaine is quite scary. Perhaps viewing something like this might start to change some people's naive opinions that cocaine is a "safe" drug. It's not - regardless of whether you think the original post is a troll.
